Clean out the dead and overgrown plants!
People tend to think that landscape is a “one and done” type thing. Landscape should be maintained and redone to some degree every year. Plants that are large and overgrown need to be ripped out or trimmed back. Having appropriately sized plants for your outdoor space will allow it to seem well cared for and manicured. Few things scream of neglect like large and overgrown plants.
Add fresh mulch!
You will be amazed at the difference fresh mulch will make! Simply scoop out the old mulch and add new – the difference will be astounding!

Adding color (small colorful plants) to your flowerbeds can take a dull and dreary space and bring it to life! For added interest, mix up the colors and textures.
Clean the walkways and front of your home…
The winter months can add a layer of dirt to your fences and the front of your home. Simply take your hose and rise off the front of your house and power wash your walkways. Having a clean home and walkways will also make a big difference to the overall curb appeal of your home.
